Hi! I'm Carrie the cookie maker, also known as "Coo-Coo!" I. Love. Cookies. Where'd the name come from? Coo-Coo Cakes was my name for pancakes as a kid. I started Coo-Coo Cakes - now Coo-Coo's Cookie Party - many moons ago and my niece and nephews have adopted me as "Aunt Coo-Coo" - my favorite name and perfect for a cookie company!
I started baking cookies in about 4th grade and got really into specially decorative cookies 16 years ago. I took a break to focus on a professional career, but I'm back in the cookie shop now, and being creative in everything I do!
